Recipes — Lemon and Caper Zesty Dressing

This salad is a bit of a spin on a classic nicoise salad, using smoked mackerel rather than the classic tuna. Whilst we've made it with smoked mackerel, it would also be delicious with tinned mackerel if that's more readily available for you. Either way make sure you top with some of our your favourite Lucy's!

This tuna nicoise salad is the perfect dish to celebrate the last of the summer sun with! We've BBQed a delicious tuna steak from our local fishmongers and have served it with all the classic nicoise accompaniments and drizzled with our Lemon and Caper Zesty dressing.

With the back to school rush starting to set in, and the out of office being taken off many people's email accounts, here is one of our favourite lunchbox salad recipes, which is perfect for resetting this September! 

This delicious marinated poussin recipe served with crispy roasted potatoes and anchovies, is the perfect date night food. Serve on a beautiful wooden board with a skillet of the potatoes next to the poussin for the ultimate beautiful rustic meal for two.
