This umami-packed recipe will convert sprout haters in just one bite, thanks to Lucy’s Miso & Garlic Dressing! Simply drizzle with dressing, roast, squeeze with citrus and sprinkle with roasted almonds to serve. The easiest, flavour packed side for your festive celebrations.
INGREDIENTS
500g Brussel Sprouts, trimmed and cut in half lengthways
Lucy’s Miso and Garlic Dressing
1 Lime, halved
50g Roasted Almonds, roughly chopped
METHOD
- Heat the oven to 200c / 180 c fan.
- Palace the sprouts on a greaseproof lined roasting tray and drizzle over a generous amount of dressing. Mix to combine and season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer to the oven and roast the sprouts for 30 minutes, tossing halfway through until the sprouts are tender and caramelized. Squeeze over the juice of the lime and give a final toss.
- Transfer to a shallow serving bowl and sprinkle over the almonds.
