8 larges raw, shelled on tiger prawns
1 tbs olive oil
1 lime cut into wedges
Chilli and Lime Mayo
- Heat a char grill pan or BBQ until hot.
- Thread the prawns onto 8 metal skewers and drizzle with the oil. Cook for 3- 4 minutes on each side, or until lightly charred and cooked through.
- Serve with the mayo and lime wedges.
