BBQ Tiger Prawns

8 larges raw, shelled on tiger prawns

1 tbs olive oil

1 lime cut into wedges

Chilli and Lime Mayo


  1. Heat a char grill pan or BBQ until hot.
  2. Thread the prawns onto 8 metal skewers and drizzle with the oil. Cook for 3- 4 minutes on each side, or until lightly charred and cooked through.
  3. Serve with the mayo and lime wedges.
