Asian Cauliflower Wings with Lucy's Ginger & Sesame

We’ve teamed up with our friends at Munchy Seeds - makers of nutritionally-dense,  flavour packed seed mixes - to create this delicious Asian Cauliflower Wing recipe using their Toasted Tamari Mega Omega Savoury Sprinkle and our Ginger & Sesame Dressing!

Ingredients:

1 head Cauliflower, chopped in medium-small florets

Lucy’s Ginger & Sesame Dressing

Munchy Seeds Toasted Tamari Mega Omega Savoury Sprinkle

Coating:

1 cup of Flour (Buckwheat or Wholemeal)

1 Egg or Egg Replacement

1/2 cup Dairy Free Milk (We made Cashew Milk using @noojfood Cashew Paste)

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Ginger

1/2 tsp Onion Powder 

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the coating in a large mixing bowl.

  2. Pour into your cauliflower florets and mix well to coat.

  3. Place on a lined or oiled baking sheet.

  4. Bake at 180C for around 30 min until crunchy and golden.

  5. Remove from the oven and drizzle the cauliflower with Lucy’s Ginger & Sesame Dressing

  6. Bake for another 5-10 minutes. 

  7. Sprinkle with fresh herbs & Munchy Seeds Toasted Tamari Mega Omega Savoury Sprinkle
