We’ve teamed up with our friends at Munchy Seeds - makers of nutritionally-dense, flavour packed seed mixes - to create this delicious Asian Cauliflower Wing recipe using their Toasted Tamari Mega Omega Savoury Sprinkle and our Ginger & Sesame Dressing!
1 head Cauliflower, chopped in medium-small florets
1 cup of Flour (Buckwheat or Wholemeal)
1 Egg or Egg Replacement
1/2 cup Dairy Free Milk (We made Cashew Milk using @noojfood Cashew Paste)
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Ginger
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
Mix all the ingredients for the coating in a large mixing bowl.
Pour into your cauliflower florets and mix well to coat.
Place on a lined or oiled baking sheet.
Bake at 180C for around 30 min until crunchy and golden.
Remove from the oven and drizzle the cauliflower with Lucy’s Ginger & Sesame Dressing
Bake for another 5-10 minutes.
Sprinkle with fresh herbs & Munchy Seeds Toasted Tamari Mega Omega Savoury Sprinkle
