We're on the lookout for a sales and marketing intern to join our team ASAP!
At Lucy's Dressings, we make delicious, award-winning dressings and condiments, and are on a mission to become the UK’s leading brand in this category. Our products can already be found in Waitrose, Ocado, Whole Foods, Selfridges and Harrods, along with 100s of independents. It’s a super exciting time at Lucy’s and we’re now looking for someone to join our small (but mighty) team in Clapham.
Your responsibilities:
This is a really great opportunity for a recent graduate to gain experience in the hugely exciting food industry. As we are a small team, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to get broad, hands-on experience in a wide range of sales and marketing areas and have a direct impact on the company’s future success.
You will be working in sales but will also have regular opportunities to work with the marketing department; examples of main responsibilities, include:
- Weekly sampling as a brand ambassador in major stockists
- Assist in developing presentations and marketing materials
- Sales leads research
- Assist with the organisation of trade and consumer shows
- Manage stock and sending out samples at our office
- Help organise brand partnerships
- Ad hoc office admin
Required:
A total passion for food!
Educated to degree level
High degree of initiative - ability to think ahead and anticipate needs before they arise; problem solve, increase efficiency and streamline processes
A sociable, confident and organised team player, with excellent verbal and written communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media, and a willingness to learn ordering systems such as NETEDI and MINTSOFT (we’ll teach you this!)
Highly organised, meticulous and dependable, with the ability to multi-task
UK driver’s license (not an essential, but ideal if you do!)

Key Details:
- Full time (9am-6pm), a 4pm finish on Friday’s
- Based in London: Lucy’s HQ is a 10 minute walk from Clapham Common tube
- Salary: Dependent on experience plus expenses
- Minimum time commitment of 3 months
- Notice period: 2 months
- Start date: ASAP
