We're proud to share that the makers of Lucy’s Dressings, Cotswold Gold was recently featured as a Food Hero on Prue Leith's Cotswold Kitchen!
It was a wonderful moment to celebrate the talent, passion, and quality that goes into every bottle of cold-pressed rapeseed oil – one of the key ingredients behind our delicious dressings.
Creative, Sustainable Cooking
This episode was packed with flavour inspiration, from Ravneet Gill's indulgent chocolate roulade to Prue's innovative use of leftover drinks to make prosecco and coffee jellies. It reminded us how great cooking combines creativity and sustainability – values we hold close when crafting our dressings.
Whether it's our zesty vinaigrettes or rich, creamy mayonnaises, we love bringing excitement to your plate. Our dressings are all made using Cotswold Gold's rapeseed oil – known for its light taste and healthy profile.
Dress It Up, The Lucy's Way
From colourful salads to warm grain bowls, marinading or simple sides, Lucy's Dressings are designed to elevate everyday meals. If you were inspired by Prue's savoury tarte tatin, try pairing it with a drizzle of our Classic Vinaigrette Dressing or a spoonful of Garlic & Black Pepper Mayo for the perfect finishing touch.
We’re so excited to be part of the Cotswold food story – and we can’t wait to see what you create in your kitchen next!
