Yesterday, we were lucky enough to be invited by our friends at Enjoy Asparagus to help out with their takeover of Boxpark in Shoreditch. They had a 3 day pop up to raise awareness for the British Asparagus season, which runs from 23rd April - 21st June. 

Here at Lucy's, we're all mad about cooking and whilst we don't always have the time to create super elaborate dishes, when we can, we love to cook up some delicious recipes from some of our favourite cookery books. 

Last weekend, we had a fabulous time exhibiting at Balance Festival at The Truman Brewery. 

We're so excited that we'll be exhibiting at Balance Festival in the Old Truman Brewery again this year. We'll be taking our new Green Pesto dressing with us, which we're so excited for everyone to get trying!  We absolutely loved our first show last year and are excited again for a weekend of selling and seeing all the other foodie treats and exercise classes that are scheduled for the weekend. May is excited to get her usual Barry's fix, whilst Ursula is looking forward to having a good boogie whilst spinning with Boom Cycle to the likes of Abba and the...
